SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY
Order fulfillment will be approximately 1-3 business days for non-customized and in-stock items, and fulfillment for customized items will be approximately 3-5 business days. Some items may require longer processing or shipping timeframes and will have details listed on the product page. Orders are not fulfilled nor shipped on most holidays in which government agencies are closed. Shipping and delivery times will vary by method selected at checkout. Transit times are determined by the selected courier posted delivery days. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to show an updated status after receipt of tracking number. Expected delivery date may not be guaranteed if there are issues with the courier, inclement weather, or issues outside of the control of That Son of a Witch. Shipping addresses may not be changed after a tracking number is provided. Please contact That Son of a Witch immediately after placing your order if you need to change your shipping address- it may be possible to update the address before the order is fulfilled. Delays are possible due to Covid-19 and may also be expected around federal holidays. If your order is not received within 48 hours of your expected delivery date or your tracking shows that the order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your selected courier for assistance. It may be necessary for you to file a claim with the courier if they cannot locate your package. Please contact That Son of a Witch if you need further assistance. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. The consumer is responsible for those fees if they apply. Please check with your local customs office for information.
